Detective X and Detective X entered the wooded area. Suspect Jakes walked directly over to where Detective X was, and stood next to Detective X with his penis exposed through his unzipped pants.

It's not just this guy that disgusts me but every asshole who gets his rocks off by jerking off in a public place. My mom was once assaulted by a guy who exposed himself to her on a public sidewalk.
