Michelle Obama/NAACP/Leftist Retarded Ass Negros, Tea Party Folks Fighting Back, Apparently Obama Does Not Write His Own Speeches, More People Figuring Out Obama Sucks! Who's more important? Obama's allies or an actor?

Michelle Obama to the NAACP: 'Now is Not The Time to Rest on Our Laurels' - ABC News

“I know that I stand here today, and I know that my husband stands where he is today, because of this organization -- and because of the struggles and the sacrifices of all those who came before us,” Mrs. Obama said today. “But I also know that their legacy isn’t an entitlement to be taken for granted. And I know it is not simply a gift to be enjoyed. Instead, it is an obligation to be fulfilled.”
Mrs. Obama said the work is not yet done.

“When African American communities are still hit harder than just about anywhere by this economic downturn, and so many families are just barely scraping by, I think the founders would tell us that now is not the time to rest on our laurels. When stubborn inequalities still persist -- in education and health, in income and wealth -- I think those founders would urge us to increase our intensity, and to increase our discipline and our focus and keep fighting for a better future for our children and our grandchildren.”

Bringing her platform to combat childhood obesity to the convention, Mrs. Obama said that the African American community is being hit even harder by the obesity epidemic.

“We are living today in a time where we’re decades beyond slavery, we are decades beyond Jim Crow; when one of the greatest risks to our children’s future is their own health. African American children are significantly more likely to be obese than are white children. Nearly half of African American children will develop diabetes at some point in their lives. People, that’s half of our children.”

Mrs. Obama said that no one wants that kind of future for kids, and warned what could happen should work not be done to combat this problem.

We Will Not Be Silenced! St. Louis Tea Party Passes Resolution Condemning NAACP Racism - First Things

We Will Not Be Silenced

Last year the Pelosi-Obama regime passed the most irresponsible and damaging piece of legislation in American history – the Trillion Dollar Stimulus Bill. They dumped a trillion dollars into a black government hole with the promise that they would create jobs. We knew better. We were afraid for our families and our country. We were outraged and took to the streets. We spoke out. We came out. We protested the elites.

The St. Louis Tea Party Coalition passed a resolution last night condemning the racist attacks by the NAACP and the democratic-media complex.

St. Louis Tea Party Coalition Resolution
July 12, 2010

Whereas, the National Coalition for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) was founded to advance the position of minority groups, and

Whereas a hallmark of the NAACP has been to do the important work of identifying and exposing remaining vestiges of racism and discrimination, and

Whereas the NAACP vocally stands against the discriminatory and harmful practice of labeling people with a broad brush, and

Whereas the NAACP decided to launch their 101st National Convention with a resolution condemning the Tea Party movement and labeling millions of their fellow Americans who subscribe to the movement as “racists”, and

Whereas the “Tea Party movement” is a label applied to patriotic Americans who have expressed their political free speech in the grand tradition of all that is American, that being the spirited expression of viewpoints in a 100% peaceful manner, and

Whereas, it is a hallmark of America that we settle our disputes civilly and avoid the gutter tactic of attempting to silence opponents by inflammatory name-calling, and
Whereas the very term “racist” has diminished meaning due to its overuse by political partisans including members of the NAACP, and

Whereas, the NAACP had an opportunity to preserve some semblance of legitimacy by standing up for Ken Gladney, the victim of a vicious racist battery conducted by a black avowed communist, even labeling him an “Uncle Tom”, but chose instead to use the opportunity to mock the St. Louis Tea Party, and

Whereas, the NAACP has refused to denounce the New Black Panther’s call to murder white cops and their babies, and

Whereas, the NAACP does its entire membership a grave disservice by hypocritically engaging in the very conduct it purports to oppose,

Now therefore be it resolved that the St. Louis Tea Party condemns the NAACP for lowering itself to the dishonorable position of a partisan political attack dog organization, and,

Be it further resolved that the St. Louis Tea Party calls on similar organizations to join in unanimous condemnation of this despicable behavior, and

Be it further resolved that we demand that the NAACP withdrawal their bigoted, false and inflammatory resolution against the tea party for any further consideration, and

Be it further resolved that these organizations call on the Internal Revenue Service to evenly apply their standards and consider the tax-exempt status of the NAACP considering the degree to which they are engaging in habitual partisan political behavior.

Adopted unanimously, this day, July 12th, in the year of our Lord, 2010.

A copy of this resolution shall be sent immediately to the NAACP at: washingtonbureau@naacpnet.org

We will not be silenced.

NAACP Leftists Claim “Hardcore White Supremists” Are Behind Tea Party Movement - First Things

The horrible leftist hacks at the NAACP claim in their anti-tea party resolution that “hardcore white supremist” are behind the tea party movement.

The LA Times reported, via Kristinn:

Publicizing what it sees as racist and extreme behavior within the tea party is part of that effort.

The proposed resolution asserts that “hardcore white supremacist organizations have participated in and occasionally lead tea party rallies.” McDowell said the statement was based on academic research on the tea party movement and referred to a faction within the larger movement.

Meckler said the accusation was untrue and unfounded. “I’ve never, ever heard of such a thing,” he said. “Never had that complaint. Never seen it personally.”
This once respected organization is now openly promoting lies to further the radical leftist agenda.
Michelle Obama: Take Your Vacation in the Gulf, America — If You Need Us, We’ll Be Vacationing in Maine - Michelle Malkin

**Written by guest-blogger Doug Powers

Michelle Obama visited the Gulf coast today, and suggested that Americans who are planning vacations this summer consider taking them in the Gulf region as a sign of economic solidarity with those impacted by the oil spill.

From ABC’s Jake Tapper:

On her first trip to the Gulf Coast since the BP oil spill, First Lady Michelle Obama encouraged Americans to consider vacationing on the region’s beaches that have not been directly impacted by oil.

“It is vacation time. Folks are looking for things to do with their kids, and this would be a great opportunity to do a few things — help this community, send a different message about the extent of the spill, and also think long term about how the rest of the country can help this economy and the folks down here,” Mrs. Obama said at the Panama City Welcome Center.

If you want to ask the Obamas why it’s so important that you take your vacation this year in the Gulf region, feel free to track them down this weekend while they’re on vacation… in Maine...

BOMBSHELL: Media Mogul Mort Zuckerman Admits He Wrote One Of Obama's Speeches

Mort Zuckerman: Obama Is Barely Treading Water- US News & World Report

The hope that fired up the election of Barack Obama has flickered out, leaving a national mood of despair and disappointment. Americans are dispirited over how wrong things are and uncertain they can be made right again. Hope may have been a quick breakfast, but it has proved a poor supper. A year and a half ago Obama was walking on water. Today he is barely treading water. Then, his soaring rhetoric enraptured the nation. Today, his speeches cannot lift him past a 45 percent approval rating.

There is a widespread feeling that the government doesn't work, that it is incapable of solving America's problems. Americans are fed up with Washington, fed up with Wall Street, fed up with the necessary but ill-conceived stimulus program, fed up with the misdirected healthcare program, and with pretty much everything else. They are outraged and feel that the system is not a level playing field, but is tilted against them. The millions of unemployed feel abandoned by the president, by the Democratic Congress, and by the Republicans.

Confidence in Obama reaches new low, Washington Post-ABC News poll finds

Public confidence in President Obama has hit a new low, according to the latest Washington Post-ABC News poll. Four months before midterm elections that will define the second half of his term, nearly six in 10 voters say they lack faith in the president to make the right decisions for the country, and a clear majority once again disapproves of how he is dealing with the economy.

As The Gulf Spill Continues, Obama Launches New Web Site - Stop The ACLU

Unsurprisingly, the website is rather self-serving

The Obama administration has launched a new, informational Web site that puts a positive spin on its handling of the Gulf oil spill.

The restorethegulf.gov Web site, launched last week, describes itself as “a one-stop repository for news, data and operational updates related to the administration-wide efforts to stop the BP oil leak.”

But the Web site also touts the administration’s “quick” response to the disaster, stating that the administration has been on the scene “since the moments after the oil rig explosion” and “from the very beginning.”

“We are committed to providing the American people access to complete and accurate information about our response to the BP oil spill and the resources available to assist those directly impacted,” said retired United States Coast Guard Admiral Thad Allen in announcing the new Web site.

Who's more important? Obama's allies or an actor? - Rush Limbaugh

You know, it's kind of interesting, isn't it, all of this media attention to a tape made by the actor Mel Gibson in which he engages in racist rants, and yet the same media doesn't see fit to air audio of King Zulu Shabazz, whatever his name, the guy that wants to kill cracker babies, part of the New Black Panther Party blocking voters from entering the polling place in Philadelphia in 2008. We got an ally of the regime talking about killing white babies and they're talking about Mel Gibson?

So the Mel Gibson story is all over the place. William Morris Endeavor talent agency instantly dropped Mel Gibson as a client. However, Eric Holder and Barack Obama continue to protect and represent King Samir Shabazz. This is the New Black Panther Party guy who said he hates white people and wants to kill cracker babies. The Department of Justice refuses to prosecute the New Black Panther Party on the basis of their voter intimidation even though a line attorney who has retired from the case said the case is slam dunk. So the Department of Justice appears to be protecting a racist when they should be prosecuting him for civil rights violations. And yet none of this is in the news. But Mel Gibson's all over the news. The left is condemning Mel Gibson's behavior and ignoring -- or celebrating, I don't know which, King Samir Shabazz. I'm not denying what Mel Gibson said is raunchy, but what's the bigger story here? What's really more important: an audiotape rant of Mel Gibson, or the Department of Justice politicizing justice on the basis of race?

In defense of the Obamas, when you are heartless it's difficult to know where to place your hand.

And though Mel Gibson is "harmless" enough, I can certainly appreciate why his talent agency dropped him. They have an image to uphold and would not want to associate with an actor who makes a spectacle of himself by making such a boorish remark.

Guess the Marine in the back pinned his medals on the wrong side then? Don't think so. The image is photo-shopped. There are videos from the day of the event, just google "Obama and Michele using wrong hand for pledge" and you'll find lots of sites disproving this photo and showing the real picture as well as the videos from the event. Don't like the President fine, but not liking him because of a lie is ridiculous. Also slander is illegal and un-American.

Dear Anonymous: All of us who post this picture know it is a fake. I have over 5,000 photos in my blog collection, I have a photography background. Liberals have been losing their minds over this picture since it was circulated.

The question I have would be this, I have tons of material highlighting the complete lunacy and incompetence of this president and you mean to tell me that despite all that is on this and other websites and blogs you choose a complete non-issue to focus on?

Obama has run up debt exceeding all the other presidents combined, he has lied through his teeth on a number of occasions and has set this country back both economically and socially to the depths that may just take many years to recover yet you focus on a picture.

Either you are just fucking with me or you are completely detached from reality or YOU are Obama… in that case “welcome home Mr. President!”
