Out for A Bit…

Won’t be blogging for a bit, have been experiencing some severe headaches dizziness recently and this affects my ability to read anything for any extended period of time.

You folks have a great week.

Feel better!!!

Well I was told that I likely had a "minor heart attack." My dad has had several and I don't know how any heart attack can be minor.
Bad thing is this is going to be a very busy fall so I can't afford to be jacked up.
But I'll be cool.
This is when I wish I had a back-up here. Lots going on by reading computer text is painful right now.

Oh well maybe being in the dark for awhile is not so bad.

Peace Gaius

How is a head ache a sign of heart problems? Was it a stroke! Get better and do what the Dr says!

Gaius Lawrenitis Negris said...

Headache more of a side affect of my ridiculously high blood pressure. I’m conferring with docs.

Hope yu get better. Exercise, proper diet, right meds taken as directed, and peaceful calm lifestyle. And prayer.

That was a bit cold, but hey I deserve is right… LOL!

I guess the hatred runs deep, you would think folks would get over shit but I guess not.

Peace!

Huh? A brain scan for severe head aches is often done! To make sure there is nothing going on in there. Paranoid much?

Oh my bad...

Yes I’ve had the CAT Scan (Head CT) done some time ago but it had to do with sleep issues and the ringing in my head when I went off one of my meds. Nothing abnormal although the docs still don’t understand how I function with less than a couple of hours of sleep a night I’m on one of my sleepless binges no sleep in 5 consecutive nights but for some inexplicable reason I function fine. I’m just psycho but I’m thinking my vitamin regiment had made an impact. I take 11 different vitamins everyday and 3 other supplements tis what is keeping the weight off, still losing 1-2 pounds a week.
Anywho… reading for extended periods of time or watching TV for extended periods of time is very uncomfortable.
Stress, sleeplessness, anxiety (not so much anymore) irritability all related crap, tis more mental than anything.

Ha Ha I love it have you people read the study. By the year 2035 Hispanics will be the majority in America.LOL and where I live in California all you see here breeding and having little mixed race halfbreed mutt babies is these Mexicans breeding white women. When the
race war starts whites will be outnumbered.Viva illegal immigration.

Rest easy my friend.

While you are away I shall post some messages trying to convert some of your supporters to TRUE Socialism, and not the Obama-let-the-rich-control Socialism either.

I guess that would not be fair, eh> Oh well, hope you feel better soon.

Let me be the first to wish you a Happy Labor Day.

You beat me to it, yes, high BP is main cause of the symptoms. I just went through this, caused by stress and altitude in my case - the fix? Cut coffee down by 80%, no salt other than what comes with the food, no peanuts, no spinach or chard and lose weight. Doing all this for last month, have lost weight (10 lbs so far) and BP already down near normal, not there yet, but close.

The good news, doc did not say peep about beer or scotch

Do whatever it takes, high BP is the silent killer.

I recommend this seven day diet to knock off 10 to 17 pounds. Fits in a thermos for work.

The diet has a couple real high points -- the baked potato on the second day, steaks on the fifth and six days. The brown rice day seven is a bit of a chore, but mitigated by the fruit juices, and really, the soup.

I didn't even miss, or drink any coffee until the 5th day.

After the week was up my diastolic (lo number) went under 100.

Exercise helps too. Chain sawing a tree for three hours took the top number down to 150 for a while.

South Beach diet, yoga, and regular sessions with a therapist & MD. Neglect kills.
