Obama suffering from dementia, White folks running Negros out of DC, Nearly half of Obama’s $86M traceable to bundlers, Illegals immingrants from India stream into U.S., How America dropped the baton

Obama's Senior Moment: 'I'll be turning 50 in a week.'

Nearly half of Obama’s $86M traceable to bundlers
The campaign fundraising efforts of President Obama raised $86 million in the past three months from 500,000 people — but at least $35 million of it can be traced to just 244 well-connected supporters who collected contributions from wealthy friends.

Just 634 donations from people giving $30,000 or more to the Obama Victory Fund comprise $23 million, while the 1,335 donations the fund received from those giving $250 add up to about $336,000, a Washington Times analysis shows.

The campaign has branded itself as a new type of political operation and touted its reliance on a grassroots network of everyday people writing reasonably sized checks.

“Ninety-eight percent of all donations that came in were $250 or less, and our average donation was about $69,” Obama campaign manager Jim Messina said in a video to supporters.

And the dramatic reach is, in part, a testament to the power of personal relationships, among the moneyed elite as with the population at large: The mathematics of the ranges collected by the bundlers and the number of large donations given suggest that nearly every maximum donation came after personal contact with one of the 244 emissaries who received credit for shepherding it.

Aw: Rich Hollywood liberals still love Obama

President Barack Obama’s latest fundraising report resembles an A-list of Hollywood stars, with donations from some of the top celebrities in the entertainment industry.

Among the more than 550,000 donors to the president’s 2012 reelection bid were big-name movie stars including actors George Clooney, Michael Douglas, Sharon Stone, Michael Keaton, Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson. Filmmaker Steven Spielberg and his wife, actress Kate Capshaw, also gave to the 2012 campaign, according to the latest Federal Election Commission report. Jennifer Garner and Gwyneth Paltrow both contributed under their married names —Affleck and Martin, respectively.

Chocolate City No More! D.C. Loses Black Majority
A city known as “Chocolate City” for it’s large number of African-Americans, may not be able to call itself that anymore.
The Black population in Washington D.C. has slipped under 50 percent this year, close to 51 years after it gained a majority, according to an estimate by William Frey, the senior demographer at the Brookings Institution.
“You can’t help but look around and see the face of the community changing before your eyes,” said Tom Sherwood, co-author of “Dream City: Race, Power, and the Decline of Washington, D.C.
He added, “That can be an uncomfortable feeling, and you’re going to have some people acting out, expressing their concern in racial code words.”
Many African American politicians and residents are pointing to the loss of Black businesses and unemployment as major factors. In April, the Census Bureau reported that Ward 8, in the city’s predominantly Black and poor Southeast section, had the highest jobless rate in the country.
In the past decade, the white population has jumped 31 percent, while the Black population has decreased 11 in D.C.

Is it me being a slight asshole but I’m kinda thinking that is good news. The last thing you want is a city full of broke ass folks with little or no education particularly in the nation’s capital. I don’t know someone tell me where my thinking is flawed?

Now I must add my disclaimer, remember you white folks are not allowed to say this shit out loud. Leave the racist views and racial social commentary particularly as it pertains to black folks to me, tis what I am here for.
If you have friends who have similar views but who are afraid to express them please tell them to visit me and say hello. Hell even your liberal white friends, invite them over.
I have not had a liberal to play with on my blog for quite a while and I’m feeling a tad bit lonely and neglected.

S.F. Police Kill Teen After He Tried To Avoid Bus Fare
SAN FRANCISCO — Police killed a man after a routine inspection for tickets on the Muni light rail. The man ran away from police after the inspection and was later shot and killed.

While police claim the man was armed and shot at them, several witnesses reported that they did not see the man shoot at cops.

ABC 7 reports:

“We lost a life out here,” said resident Pladee Clayton. “That’s what everybody’s upset and everything, over an African-American couldn’t pay his fare.”

Police announced a break in the investigation on Sunday. After searching rooftops for a gun pointed at officers by the suspect, the answer may have come from a video posted on the website YouTube. The video shows police moments after the shooting and what appears to be a silver gun just feet from the suspect.

Herman Cain Talks Mosques, Sharia and the Muslim Brotherhood
During a private event Sunday with supporters in Bethesda, Maryland, Republican presidential candidate spoke frankly about his opposition to a proposed mosque in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Cain said that one Tennessee attorney representing opponents of the mosque told him that the controversial project is being supported by the Muslim Brotherhood.

Cain’s public opposition to the proposed Tennessee mosque, as well as his March statement that he would not be comfortable appointing Muslims to his presidential cabinet, have been criticized by many liberals and also by some Republicans. However, the Atlanta businessman told his Maryland supporters during a question-and-answer session at a private home in suburban Montgomery County, he considers Islam not merely a religion, but also a political system that does not recognize separation of church and state. His remarks were greeted with applause.

Can a Muslim Be a Loyal American Soldier?
Bad enough when Muslim communities oppose Muslim soldiers fighting for Western governments; worse when the soldiers involved come to this same conclusion. This can lead to terrorism, as in the cases of Sgt. Hasan Akbar's fraggin attack in Kuwait or Maj. Nidal Hasan's shooting spree at Ft. Hood. Alternatively, it can lead to a filing for conscientious objector status, as in the case of U.S. Army Pfc. Nasser Abdo, 20, currently stationed at Fort Campbell in Kentucky.
Abdo filed on the grounds that his faith cannot be reconciled with military service. "A Muslim is not allowed to participate in an Islamicly unjust war. Any Muslim who knows his religion or maybe takes into account what his religion says can find out very clearly why he should not participate in the U.S. military."

Illegals immingrants from India stream into U.S.
LOS FRESNOS, Texas -- Police wearing berets and bulletproof vests broke down the door of a Guatemala City apartment in February hunting for illegal drugs. Instead, they found a different kind of illicit shipment: 27 immigrants from India packed into two locked rooms. The Indians, whose hiding space was furnished only with soiled mattresses, claimed to be on vacation.

How America dropped the baton
Every culture is either self-propagating, or by definition it is self-destructive. Culture has no meaning and no value unless it is passed on to the next generation.

Think of it as a generational relay race, with the belief systems of a group of people being the baton that is passed on from runner to runner. You can imagine the mayhem that would be caused in a race if at each hand-off, the runners stopped and debated the shape, size or color of the baton. If each new runner insisted on dictating revisions to the baton before carrying it forward, this would slow things even further. Not only would the team lose the race, but ultimately the baton would not look anything like what it was when the race started.

Under such circumstance, the idea of culture as a set of shared beliefs and values, passed on from father to son, and mother to daughter, would be meaningless. And if each runner taught his or her successor to despise the baton as unworthy, then sooner or later the baton would be dropped, and the culture would end.

It is this picture which must inform our discussion of education as we try to understand why the America of 2011 looks nothing like the America of 1911. Somewhere along the way, the baton of proud American traditions, brilliant accomplishments and upstanding virtues became a thing of shame and ridicule. Our schools, teachers and yes our parents have more and more questioned our long-held values, and have substituted expedient excuses for eternal truths.
