David Gregory Uses KKK “Grand Wizard” Analogy to Describe GOP Leadership, Later Apologizes - AIM
NBC’s Meet the Press host David Gregory found himself in hot water after he made a comment referring to the lack of a “Grand Wizard” during a discussion of GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain. Gregory appeared on The Today Show and when asked by Ann Curry, “Does the party just wish he would go away?,” Gregory responded, “Well, there is no grand wizard in the party right now that can really force the issue.” Curry failed to call Gregory out for his comment, but once again it wasn’t surprising considering he was talking about a black conservative and everyone knows that liberals can’t be racist. But the conservative blogosphere felt a little differently about the remark and as a result of their action Gregory tweeted an apology later in the afternoon.

NBC Passes on Asking Bill Clinton About Sexual Harassment - AIM
With sexual harassment allegations swirling around Herman Cain it would seem only natural to ask former president Bill Clinton, who has some experience in this area, his opinion. That is unless you are NBC or MSNBC and you are planning to interview Clinton about his new book.

Clinton appeared on The Today Show on NBC and on Morning Joe on MSNBC and managed to avoid being asked what should have been an obvious question, given the Cain controversy and allegations that surfaced during Clinton’s presidency.

According to Ben Smith of Politico, spokeswomen for the two shows said that there were no preconditions  for the Clinton interviews.

A representative for Clinton confirmed to Smith that there were no ground rules about discussing Cain’s sexual harassment controversy.

Asking Clinton about the Cain controversy would have certainly brought up some painful memories and taken the former president off message from the subject of his book, but it is a question that any good journalist or interviewer has an obligation to ask.
If Obama Loses - The American Spectator
It is now less than a year before Americans will go to the polls and decide if they want to keep Barack Obama in the White House for another four years. Despite the absence of a primary challenger, with a national debt nearing $15 trillion, an unemployment rate consistently in the 9 percent range and at least three-quarters of Americans who believe the country is going in the wrong direction to show for his efforts to stimulate the economy, no incumbent President has been so vulnerable since Herbert Hoover.
If these conditions persist or get worse, there is a very good chance that the American electorate will give President Obama an eviction notice from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue on November 6, 2012. In which case, he will not be allowed to stay in his home past noon on January 20, 2013. Should this come to pass we can expect President Obama's allies in the liberal media to assail the verdict and cast aspersions upon the American electorate.

Psychiatrist Confirms: Liberalism Is a Mental Disorder
As a clinical and forensic psychiatrist, Lyle Rossiter has treated over 1,500 patients and examined over 2,700 civil and criminal cases. Turning his hand to political psychopathology, the author of The Liberal Mind: The Psychological Causes of Political Madness, has diagnosed an alarming percentage of the population as suffering from the grotesque form of mental derangement known by some as moonbattery.
Among Rossiter's observations:
Based on strikingly irrational beliefs and emotions, modern liberals relentlessly undermine the most important principles on which our freedoms were founded. Like spoiled, angry children, they rebel against the normal responsibilities of adulthood and demand that a parental government meet their needs from cradle to grave.
A social scientist who understands human nature will not dismiss the vital roles of free choice, voluntary cooperation and moral integrity — as liberals do. A political leader who understands human nature will not ignore individual differences in talent, drive, personal appeal and work ethic, and then try to impose economic and social equality on the population — as liberals do. And a legislator who understands human nature will not create an environment of rules which over-regulates and over-taxes the nation's citizens, corrupts their character and reduces them to wards of the state — as liberals do.
The roots of liberalism — and its associated madness — can be clearly identified by understanding how children develop from infancy to adulthood and how distorted development produces the irrational beliefs of the liberal mind. When the modern liberal mind whines about imaginary victims, rages against imaginary villains and seeks above all else to run the lives of persons competent to run their own lives, the neurosis of the liberal mind becomes painfully obvious.
Basically liberalism is a willful failure to mature beyond adolescence that can have catastrophic consequences for society. With luck, the official diagnosis of this disease by a mental health professional will facilitate the search for a cure.
