Good Morning folks, you know it is issues like this Trayvon Martin case that makes blogging interesting for me. It is like what my dad told me as a child basically that: “you may be the only contact some white people have with any black person.”
I know the vast majority of people who read this blog are indeed white and sometimes when I write things I do want people to know that my thinking may be contrary to that of most black people. That’s neither good nor bad, it just is. My opinions are mine they were not shaped by Afrocentric thinking, or conservative thinking. They were not shaped by the ranting and ravings of some self-proclaimed black leader or some self-appointed black spokesperson.
What has always pissed me off about black folks is this innate need to think with one mind, one voice, and one perceived logic. Black people can’t seemingly function as individuals draw their own conclusions nor have the ability to simply not rush to judgment. Their reactions to every damn thing all hinges on their ability to get over on whitey by any means necessary.
For the few black people who find this please don’t take this the wrong way, I’m not excusing whitey as many might believe, nor am I dismissing some gaps in perception of how black people are treated vs white people. This is not a perfect society but it has done damn good despite the constant and consistent failures of human beings.
This story has completely gotten out of hand and the coverage is ridiculous and to me almost embarrassing.
For those of you who truly seek justice for Treyvon Martin would be wise to reach out to those who don’t necessarily look like you. True justice can’t be effective unless it is colorblind and true justice can’t be achieved unless all facts are deciphered and processed.
Only processing this issue from the black sides of the dividing line are only making things worse and you are no better than the commentary on white racist websites sites touting that this kid deserved it.

Just think for a moment, at some point a terrible tragedy will hit this country or your immediate community either in the form of a major natural disaster or terrorist attack. You black people who constantly and predictable want to castigate all white people and cry racism all fucking day for shit that just may not have anything to do with race… when that day of reckoning comes do we heal as Americans and deal with the tragedy together or separate and help only come to the aid of those who only look like we do.
Every damn time I hear some idiot black celebrity or athlete(s)ranting about injustice it make me vomit in my mouth because most are so fucking detached from reality they would not know justice if it bit them in the ass.
When black people were suffering due to the circumstances surround Katrina most of these idiot ass black celebrities sat on their asses and did nothing.

This is just another of countless issues that highlight the intellectual vacancy of society as a whole. Not only the short sidedness of black folks  but the blatant stupidity of a great number of self-proclaimed racists who gets a hard on every time America grows further and further apart racially.

Report: Witness Says Trayvon Martin Attacked George Zimmerman
A new witness to the Trayvon Martin shooting has come forward, claiming the Florida teen did in fact attack neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman, according to media reports.

Zimmerman has said he shot the 17-year-old in self-defense, though Martin was reportedly carrying only a bag of Skittles and an iced tea when he was killed. Despite a loud national outcry, Zimmerman has not been arrested or charged in Martin’s death.
According to Tampa Bay Fox affiliate WTVT-TV, what the witness says he saw could bolster Zimmerman’s claim that he shot Martin in self-defense:
“The guy on the bottom who had a red sweater on was yelling to me: ‘help, help…and I told him to stop and I was calling 911,” he said.
Trayvon Martin was in a hoodie; Zimmerman was in red.
The witness only wanted to be identified as “John,” and didn’t not want to be shown on camera.
His statements to police were instrumental, because police backed up Zimmerman’s claims, saying those screams on the 911 call are those of Zimmerman.
“When I got upstairs and looked down, the guy who was on top beating up the other guy, was the one laying in the grass, and I believe he was dead at that point,” John said.

Black Panthers post $10k reward for Zimmerman - ABC News
Sanford, Fla - The announcement was made Saturday by new Black Panther leader Mikhail Muhammad during a rally in Sanford, Florida. Muhammad went on to say "An eye for an eye. A tooth for a tooth," when asked if the proposed bounty was an outright call for violence.
The rally was the third staged by the Black Panthers in two weeks since the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. The shooter, 28-year-old George Zimmerman, served as the leader of a neighborhood watch group in a gated community in suburban Orlando. Zimmerman has yet to be arrested by police for the incident.
The Black Panthers called for Zimmerman's immediate arrest and threatened to seek him out themselves if police were not willing to do so. "If the government won't do the job, we'll do it," Muhammad said.

Roland Martin: “This is war”… “a call to arms” - American Freedom
Whether we want to admit it or not, Trayvon Martin could be any of us. It doesn’t matter about our degrees. Our fine, tailored suits don’t matter. We’ve made all of the accommodations to fit into this society. We’ve cut our hair. We’re careful about the clothes we wear. We change the way we talk so as not to sound threatening. We’ve got our master’s, our Ph.D.’s. We’re fine, upstanding citizens. Yet, we still are seen as suspicious — and in the case of Trayvon Martin, end up dead.
The national outcry over this senseless tragedy has galvanized African-Americans and others in a way that we haven’t seen in some time. Some say this is this generation’s Emmett Till. Time will only tell if that’s the case.
But what we do know is that we are sick and tired of being seen as suspicious. We’re sick of tired of being seen as a stereotype and not as full human beings. We’re sick and tired of having to give our Black boys “The Talk” and still having to bury them so young.
Ladies and gentlemen, we are sick and tired of being sick and tired.

The George Zimmerman Lynch Mob - Right Wing News
This week-end, Spike Lee retweeted George Zimmerman’s address, the Black Panthers put a $10,000 bounty on his head, Louis Farrakhan issued a vague threat, and there have been so many death threats on Twitter against Zimmerman that they’re almost impossible to count.
I’m not a fan of lynch mobs, no matter what color they happen to be — and that’s what this is turning into — a lynch mob.
George Zimmerman killed Trayvon Martin. He should stand trial for that. However, there’s a difference between putting a man on trial and declaring him to be guilty or worse yet, declaring him to be some kind of racist who shot an innocent kid to death for no good reason.
The fact of the matter is that a lot of the information that the mainstream media ran with in the beginning was wrong. Moreover, since then, a lot of key details are being left out. For example, Trayvon Martin is not the little kid in the pictures they’re showing. He was a 6’3, 140 pound football player who was on top of George Zimmerman, beating him. Zimmerman apparently did sustain significant injuries, called for help, and then at some point afterwards, shot Martin. That’s not to say Zimmerman is an angel in this. Even though he was the neighborhood watch captain, he shouldn’t have been following Martin in the first place — if he was following him. But, even if he was overzealous, does that mean Martin had free rein to attack him? Was Martin afraid for his life or was Zimmerman, as he says, actually walking back to his car when Martin attacked him?
This is actually a very sad, surprisingly ambiguous case that should have NEVER been made into a political football in the first place. Although Zimmerman should face a trial, it’s entirely possible that HE DID NOT break the law and doesn’t deserve to go to jail.

Rightbloggers Find the Trayvon Martin Case Proof of Racism -- Against White People - The Village Voice
One of the enduring myths of American conservatism is that there's still racism in this country -- and it's suffered by white people at the hands of blacks and white liberal race-traitors.
Normal people who've been out of their homes a time or two will find that puzzling. But for rightbloggers it's a home truth.
Don't believe it? Feast your eyes on the rightblogger coverage of the Trayvon Martin case.
As you've probably heard, 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot dead by 28-year-old George Zimmerman in Sanford, Florida. The white shooter had called 911 to complain that a black guy was walking around his neighborhood, then opened fire.
There has been some dispute about what preceded the killing: An unnamed witness claims the 140-lb. Martin physically attacked the 240-lb. Zimmerman; no one knows for sure whether this happened before or after Martin saw the stranger coming at him with a gun.
What's not in dispute is that Martin was unarmed (though he was carrying Skittles and wearing a hoodie), and that Zimmerman was not arrested by the local police after he shot Martin dead.
This has expectedly enraged a lot of people who consider it one more in a long series of incidents in which white people have killed black people for nothing and gotten away with it.
Rightbloggers were enraged too -- that anyone felt sorry for the dead black kid rather than for the live white killer.
Their main argument was: Why does a white guy killing a black guy and getting away with it make you libtards think of racism?
Neil Boortz admitted that "as things look now," it seemed as if Zimmerman were "a law enforcement wannabe who was destined to end up in a controversy like this." He added that "Trayvon Martin's family says that they don't believe that their son would have been killed if it were not for the color of his skin. I believe they're right. "

The Politics of Tragedy - The American Spectator
President Obama declared in a press conference Friday that Trayvon Martin, the 17-year old African-American student fatally shot by Florida neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman in February, looks like his own hypothetical son. "If I had a son," Obama declared, "he would look like Trayvon." The racial implication of the president's statement was clear. The man who gained national prominence with a 2004 Democratic Convention speech calling for cultural unity stood in the Rose Garden of the White House and furthered the racial tension surrounding Martin's shooting. In a politicized national debate in which the Washington Post accused Zimmerman of "murder" and mainstream media writers call for the man's arrest, President Obama opined on an issue on which he -- like everyone else -- is not fully informed.

Obama faces major enthusiasm gap compared to Bill Clinton in 1996 - Human Events
A major sign of President Barack Obama’s weakness in his own political party base has been revealed in the president’s poor voter turnout in eight major presidential primaries so far this year.

Obama has won only 1,213,759 votes in 2012 compared to then-President Bill Clinton’s 1,695,756 in 1996 in eight state primaries where a fair comparison can be made.

Both candidates faced similar situations with weak or no opposition in these primaries with their names on the ballot. As the chart shows, when finally adjusted for voter registration changes since 1996, Obama in 2012 has only 56 percent of the Clinton vote in 1996. Overall Obama won only 4.5 percent of the registered voters in these eight states compared to Clinton’s 8.0 percent.

It is, of course, unknown if the trend will hold in coming contests, but the turnout evidence from primaries to date suggests vulnerabilities for the Obama campaign that other indicators of voter sentiment, such as polling, have not picked up.
Media blackout on Obama eligibility near-total - WND
Even though almost half of registered voters tell pollsters they are not convinced Barack Obama’s birth certificate is authentic – and even though the first official U.S. law enforcement investigation into the matter established “probable cause” that the document released with great fanfare by the White House last April is a computer-generated forgery – a virtual media blackout remains in effect on the most controversial story of the Obama presidency.
Even when one of several bombshell findings of Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s six-month investigation into Obama’s constitutional eligibility was rated last week by Internet ranking service Alexa.com as one of the most-read news stories in the entire world – due almost entirely to coverage by WND and the Drudge Report – not only the establishment press, but most of the “conservative” media as well, looked the other way.

Also, Zimmerman isn't even white. He self-identifies as Hispanic and speaks spanish. He's as Hispanic as Obama is black.

Gaius Lawrenitis Negris said...

Oh I know, but as I said earlier black people regard anyone that is not black… white.
Well most in the inner cities call ALL Asians “china men.”

Characterizing him as “Hispanic” would not fit the race pimps narrative and they don’t want to upset Hispanics. This is why all of these protests are bullshit. It is not about the facts or truth and it has even gone to the point of characterizing a Hispanic dude as white.
This world is just so fucked up and the race pimps today love all of this turmoil.

Damn, does that mean some blacks are the Borg? Small joke to lighten up stuff. Sad a kid died because of stupid shit that possibly could have been avoided. Even sadder is other people will wind up dying over this crap just because of rabble-rousers wanting to see their name in the paper.

Thank you race pimps of every color. Thank you agitators of all colors. Too bad none of you realize the damage you're causing.

Suspect black culture also led to Treyvon's death. A person dared to question Treyvon. How dare they do that?

Gaius Lawrenitis Negris said...

Black culture is simply one who puts on the persona to be as far removed from whitey as possible. This accounts for how black folks dress, how black folks talk, how black folks walk, how black folks greet one another, how black folks wear their hair, the gold teeth, the big chains, what kind of car to drive and how to decorate it.
Hey I don’t give a shit about any of these things. I know white people in different groups do the same thing, whether that is wearing an excessive amount of tattoos, earrings, weird haircuts, hair color, skinny jeans or the emo look. People have a need to carve out their identity but when a black individual chooses not to buy into the stereotypes of black culture they are chastised and ridiculed. This is why black teen become so engrossed on mimicking ghetto black culture even kids who are not even raised around it because they must be accepted.
Again I don’t know what happened but I can tell you with some measure of certainty that Treyvon was not running like what some black youth would say “like a little bitch.” He was not this frightened little boy helpless because this big bad man was chasing him.
Anyone who thinks otherwise is not even being honest. Treyvon did not have to die but a lot of black kids and men die because they don’t want to be mistaken for being soft.
